You are INCREDIBLE!
I'm going to have to start reading here, though (even though I can't read the entire post). You want another baby but you can't because of your weight - but that is something you have the power and ability to change. What a blessing!!! Keep up the good work, and remember that one bad meal or one bad day doesn't mean you've completely given up. Congrats on reaching "Three Street" and I look forward to reading about many more milestones. :) Jenhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14515250724476328738noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-486101634414115513.post-57392399983786580592013-01-28T17:05:53.388-08:002013-01-28T17:05:53.388-08:00I think that your wishes are good. Now food journal every single day(!) and consistently eat 1500 calories per day--and you will see almost immediate weight loss.

It takes time to lose the amount that you want to lose, but at my weight loss group I sit by a woman who used to weigh about 360 pounds but now weighs about 172 pounds. This amount of weight loss is doable by a very normal person. Very doable. This woman has food journaled for years, btw. (Food journaling is only for people who are very serious about losing weight.) If nothing else, she is very (!) consistent.

:-) MarionAnonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09499442282999349686noreply@blogger.com
